When I kill Gren, for the “Papa Bear (Elite)”, quest Gren doesn’t drop the quest item, “Holt’s promise Ring”, and since it’s a drop I shouldn’t need the last hit. - Is this a bug or an exploit:

Not much to see, it just doesn’t drop “Holt’s Promise Ring” for the quest - What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced:
Kill Gren in Greyvale for the quest “Papa bear (Elite)”, but it seems like it drops for most other players.
