Agreed. Group/Party finder should have been there from the start. The orb fee people charge is simply rediculous.
I would say that a group finder may make it harder not easier to find a group. just look at GW2 and the ridiculous entry restrictions to some of there fractal groups. No lifers creating stupid progress blockers. The worst seem to be angry meta DPS players. 
Iāve never had an issue finding groups in GW2 with LFG. Itās good to have filters.

LFG is a Quality of Life option. If you want to be manly and find groups the old fashioned way. i.e. killing a bear with nothing but your bad jokes, so be it. Donāt force people to live by your rules though.
People will have differing opinions, its just a fact of life ( First World Problems etc). Attacking people that do have a different point of view isnāt an example of mature understanding.
If your very young I understand, but your actually doing the very thing you accusing other people off. Forcing you way of doing things on others.
Things like DPS meters, combat logs, LFG tools etc can allow a vocal minority to perhaps have more sway over things than is good for the game as whole.
Options should always be considered from different points of view. Will help create a system that benefits the many rather than the toxic few.

When you implement LFG, how do you ensure you get competent people?
Presumably thereās a role queue? Can I queue as multiple roles if I have the right gear?
How do you check that the tank is a tank? Slotting carnelians? Seems abuseable
LFG wonāt work as long as there is a cost to entry (Orbs). If you remove orbs, then we can have LFG, because fake tanks and fake heals only waste your time, not your resources.
Many ways to do this. There are games that have role checks. Although we donāt have āclassesā the game could check if your stats and equipment qualify for a role (just like companies do for wars), and then mark you for that role. Tank, healer, physica/caster deeps. This could even allow for hybrid, because a tank/healer is better off tanking in this game with a UI that makes healing painful.
Iāve been asking to remove orbs repeatedly, so no problem there.
Iād ask this, how is not having LFG ensure competent people? It doesnāt. So thatās the final check. The same check you have today, because eventually youāve got to come together to do the event. LFG doesnāt automatically run the event for you.
Donāt need a dev to respond. I can confidently say that this is not going to happen within a year if it will occur at all with the party finder. As for the second thing that will never happen, itās simple supply and demand.

Party finder with Min GS and specific weapons even would be ideal as well how much the person who made the orb is charged or a fixed price from the game. All ideas

Also to reflect on the changes made on PTR for me these are panic changes due to the fast decline of players numbers. I dont believe the changes made on PTR are balanced at all.
