Party members are not easily visible: add icons to compass

I’ve been playing with my bestfriend since day 1, and I can assure you that the visibility of other team members is insignificant.
We have plenty of trouble trying to spot each other, and we need to open the map more than once in seconds all the time we want to find each other.
This is already annoying enough, but more than that the map resets it’s open condition when opened starting from an “unzoomed” condition, which makes very annoying to zoom all the way inside the city(for example), especially when there are invasions announcement through the pop up that it’s in the way of clicking and looking in general.

I truly suggest to add party members to the compass.

Yes, I was surprised to see our party was not on Compass. In fact, the compass falls short in a variety of ways.
Let me put a black background to more easily see Compass.
Let me turn on/off what I track (I don’t care about small game) and include the option to have party members on it.

If compass is to replace a minimap, it needs work

Turning off resource tracking would be huge.

Adding party members to the compass would be a good step, but also making party members’ nameplates independent of your in-game nameplate settings would also be a step in the right direction.

I have nameplates turned way down due to the lag it causes on my PC. When I’m questing with friends, I can only see a few at a time, and only if there are no other players around me.

It makes the, “There’s X on me,” comments fairly frustrating due to having to open the mini-map to find where the person is.
