Describe the issue you are experiencing:
This is a bug It is not taking the skill points when selecting a perk, it is not giving me the passive skills, the same thing happens with the passive items, this also happens with food. I thought it was a visual error since the passives do not appear above the player’s bar but after a test I clearly noticed that the character is not taking any passive of weapons, armor and food. -
How did the issue effect your gameplay:
This error affects all my pvp content since it is not possible to play comfortably I feel that I am playing without statistics and no benefit

I do not know how to fix it

I have no idea I just know that this started since the server went down about -
When did this happen? After the server went down 2 times on September 20 at 9 pm
