Passive skills for 100 constitutions does not work correctly after a character rollback

• The 100 Constitution passive is broken. After the distribution of points, from ~ 8360 HP, the value changes to 8489 HP.
  The problem is old, I did not see a solution on the forum.

Now the passive skill gives 1% of your health level. And should give 10%

By 10% of your physical armor. If you have 1000 armor, you will get 100 hp.

To put it simply, after technical work, I lost 1k HP.

You lost 1k HP because town project ended in a town where you have a house.

Hale and Hearty Increase base HP by 10% for 3 days.

You will get it back when town owners turn it on again.

Not a bug.
