Good afternoon, I’m having problems with New World. I’ve been playing the game since it came out and I never had this problem, but since the update with the new servers I’m playing and after 30m my pc restarts by itself, it only happens with New World, other games don’t happen. I already checked if I had drivers to update and everything is ok. Can you help me to understand what the problem is and how should I solve it?

Please make sure to have the DxDiag ready once you reach support, you can pull it following this steps:
DxDiag report:
Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.
Click on dxdiag.exe.
When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.

Cap your fps in ingame settings to 60 and it won’t crash anymore. Something is buggy at uncapped fps, haven’t figured it out. Seen some power spikes tho.
Anyways, fix is cap fps to 60 or roll back ypur nvidia srivers to 517 for rtx 3000 series atleast

I already changed to 60 fps and still have the same error.
Look into the windows event viewer records.
If the PC restarts without the shut down message it’s because of a critical hardware failure.
