Hello. I would like to notify support that people lose connections while queuing. Server Baltia.
It is not the fault of breaking the connection because it happens even in people with a FIBER 500mbit connection. I was one of those people. I was 900 in line, went to shower, was gone 20 minutes. I go back and look at the main menu of the game. Please do something about migrating traffic on the server as the queues are huge and it kills people when they join. This is not funny. People wait several hours in line to be thrown out at the end.

same happen from 200 in queue to 500 ^^ this is just making me mad
Please give me likes. Let as many people as possible see it. Amazon has to do something about it because it’s just plain rude.
yeah waiting for chance to play and continue your grind only to be pushed back and wait another hour or two and who knows it can happen again
A tip, which seems to be kinda accidentally found.
I had this happen to me just a few minutes ago, so while i had the error message showing, i was on the phone, didn’t click on anything, just had the error window open, then all of a sudden it disappeared and threw me back into the queue with my last position i saw before the error.
Not sure if it works everytime, but you can give it a try until they fix it.
As they have stated, they are aware of the issue and are looking for what is causing it, so they can fix it.
