you can not refund if logged in over 2 hours

The people who can’t get in will go get refunds, and the 2 hour limit is fixed with a phone call. This is common knowledge. Wait time is not play time.
actually you can. its up to steam not amazon. The 2 hour limit is flexible if you never got to experience the game
Steams policy is 2 Hours of playtime. Period.
Nope it can be pushed past that if issues and problems have occured and i’ve done it myself with other games.
ppl afk’n to stay logged in so they don’t get dumped into the queue again is nothing new, and the devs will have means to deal with them.
We’ve seen it before in other releases where inactives are kicked. If it becomes an issue with this release i imagine they will deploy similar tactics.

As of right now. I personally do not know of anyway of staying in the game if you afk. You can’t autorun. It will still dump you after 30 minutes. People are gonna need to suck it up and log off.
Move your mouse every 20m. not autorun. as long as there is mouse movement or a keystroke, you are not afk.
A player with a RAZER Keyboard or mouse can make a macro do a meaningless keystroke every 10 minutes weather they are in the room or not. (Not that I own these or have done this)

Yea, literally any good gaming keyboard or mouse has macro programs to avoid the afk timer. You can also download one of the various freeware ones online.
Or have one of those typing bird things, like Homer Simpson did? or am I too old? dang it!

Steam will refund for any logical reason or not, there was one time i bought an old game that would not run bought on steam, I spent many hours looking it up adjusting settings and had 4 hours playtime trying to run it. alot of adjustments settings ect.
I just explained that to steam and they refunded my product.

I think it was GTA 3, kept crashing to desktop riding a bike due to some 240000 something. i dont remember 
Hell, remember No man sky? people were getting refunds with 10 hours + played on that =p

Waiting in a queue is not playtime. Every reasonable person knows this. Thankfully steam customer service is full of reasonable people.
Won’t be eligible for refund because they’ve queued for over 2 hours
