does the MORTAL EMPOWERMENT perk on ring only procs when u killed someone? or it procs too on kill assist?
The final blow only in OPR/arena or the final blow in the down-state in open world/war.
if assist counts , everyone gona run it, would be super broken, althought it is broken on soembuild right now, yes musket rats.
No assists dont count.
It’s bugged. It doesn’t proc if your kill was from DoT.
