- What server/world did you experience your issue on: AP Southeast / Adiri
- Describe the issue you are experiencing: The perk Refreshing Mighty Gavel does not work on second hit using “Justice for all” hammer perk. The first hit cools down the ability but the second hit resets the cooldown timer and the perk does not work with the second hit.

- What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Kill a monster with the first hit, notice the cooldown but then kill a monster with the second hit and notice no cooldown reduction.
