Perks are not working on Great Axe & Jasper gem

Following perks do not work:

  • Critical Gains - does not heal at all
  • Heavy Pull - decreases damage dealt (?!)
  • Executioner’s Speed - buff is sometimes not applied

Also as a bonus Jasper gem DOES NOT WORK at all, tested it with being hit by light attacks in a duel. No damage change whatsoever.

Please test, confirm and fix those issues
