Perma Ban for Swearing?

I read on the forums that a dev said that the profanity filter is just to minimize the problem and that you can be banned for swearing and the bans go 24hr, then 1 week, then perma ban.

Is this true? Can you get perma banned from game if you swear 3x and people report you?

Hi. Even for 1 time you can get a punishement. And it allways depends on what was written.
