in 10 days my account got 3 times banned for botting behavior.
at first i fight with 2 people we trashtalk eachother after that i get banned for botting behavior 1 day. probably i get mass report cuz they are big guild and i just said im gona take your towns soon. anyway i send ban appeals they said ban merited by in game data and reports.
5 day later i get perma banned for same reason again i get same answer like 10 times at the end AGS said " when we carefully reviewed your account we reduce your ban 3 day." anyway i was happy atleast it was not perma ban.
after my ban lifted 2 day later i get perma banned again. they just say send evidence if you are innocent. i have video when i get banned. same thinks happening again. they are started the say ban is merited your report system is broken i got 1 time mass report by big guild after that im keep getting banned.
i know mod will come and say just send ban appeal we cant help but ban appeals also not trying to help. they just send auto messages.

btw. all of my gears bis. all of my gears 625 even my farm gears. i do minimum 2 war per week. i do opr almost everynight. i do pvp practice . im playing one of the strongest guild in my server. they are banning someone like this XD didnt you guys see bot in your life ? just teleport monarch in any server and see bots dont ban legit players.
The only solution you have is to keep submitting ban appeals and submitting as evidence that you are not botting by submitting video footage of your gameplay. I would especially cite the fact that you are not botting and thusly not in violation of the Code of Conduct or Terms of Use.
If the ban is merited, meaning you should have been penalized, for OTHER actions that violate the Code of Conduct or Terms of Use, then unfortunately you need to correct yourself first.
they stopped to answering my emails. i have like 10 vods how i farm and when i get banned my shadow play was on i send them but they keep saying ban merited. last time same shit happened. i just copy paste same ticket and after 10 times this happened they said we carefully reviewed your account and reduce your ban. but this time they are stop answering.
also its so boring to talk with indian AGS persons. they literally have no idea what im talking about they are just sending auto messages
While I agree that the AGS Game Support team has been less than professional, in my interactions with them, that is your ONLY course of action for Game Moderation penalties.
