Perm ban all cheaters petition. If they don’t report a bug/exploit but instead use it they should be perm banned. No second chances.

we have plenty sources of hackers who are back in game > reddit is full with that…
thoose time based banns are a joke

We totally understand that hackers are very frustrating but I can totally guarantee you that your reports are currently and will get reviewed by AGS agents.
So you can be sure that those players who use hacks or exploits will received a penalty.

thanks for reply, we know u take actions. but banning someone for 1 day or 7 days without removing the duped items / coins… isnt ok… atleast remove that stuff aswell
I don’t know look at all the posts from unjustly banned players. Watch out you might get what you asked for
Not to mention resetting their watermark, as was the case with some streamers recently. That’s seriously no joke, people are still farming their watermark in the most inconvenient ways because certain systems aren’t implemented or working as intended and you let these guys farm it in a day or two, slap a 24hr suspension on them with no action on Twitch… smh. And honestly, if resetting their watermark isn’t possible – that’s just more of a reason to permaban them.
man… if you do not permaban those dupers, just delete their characters or at least delete all their items and set the character back to lvl 1. Thanks.
