Permanent stun with S/S and Spear

Hello,

There seems to be a way to permanently stun someone if you’re 1 on 1.
Start with sword and shield.
Shield bash.
Javelin
Vault kick
Javelin

Repeat.

Nah man. Not even full refreshing evasion will do that for you. Can you rotate through that for like 8-10 seconds? Yeah. Permanently? No.
