Today I was playing the game and it crashed with the error message:
FATAL ERROR: message:(SafePtr) - Attempting to dereference a null ptr
I then tried to log back in and it said I was banned for using a cheating program. I have no cheat programs on my PC for any game.
I submitted a support ticket but I’ve received no response and I still can’t log in. Please release my account, thank you.
Ah okay so it gets worse.
I finally got an email saying that I’m not allowed to appeal this decision. Of course it doesn’t explain at all why I’m even being banned in the first place.
Next it says I can submit evidence. Okay, what evidence do you want? I was playing the game normally, doing a chest run in Ebonhold. Also, how do I even submit evidence if I’m unable to appeal?
I was actually starting to have fun with this game but AGS strikes again.
Just got an email saying I couldn’t appeal this decision with no other explanation of what I’m even being banned for. It says I could submit more evidence, but doesn’t state what evidence you guys even want. I also don’t understand how I submit anything if I’m also not allowed to appeal.
How do I talk to an actual person about this? What is this software that I’m being accused of using to cheat?
