Character is locked in PVP mode, when attempting to leave PVP in sanctuary it says I must join a faction to toggle PvP. I am in a faction and a company and can accept faction quests. However I can’t leave PvP as the message states I must join a faction to leave PvP

Can’t leave settlements without dying, can’t invite other faction players to a PvE group for dungeons
Did not recover from bug, game is unplayable even when I restart.

Sent out a group invite with PvP active then fast travelled away to a settlement. When I went to toggle PvP off it said something about cancelling all pending PvP group invites. I attempted to click yes but nothing happened. I’ve been stuck since then.
I have the same bug. It seems like the server does not register if I am in a sanctuary or not ; because this bug also affect the fast travel ability. So sometimes even if you are in a city you can’t fast travel. As for the moment it’s kinda random sometimes dying reset the bug, sometimes you need to log off (and sometimes once does not fix the issue, so you have to log off/on multiple times or restart the game).
Kinda game breaker as you need to stop playing if you stumble on this bug, cuz you can’t follow pvp
