Pillar of Fire hitting twice

When using the pillar of fire skill on the fire staff, the skill normally hits once, however the skill will hit twice if the enemy moves while the attack frames are active

pillar of fire has an outside swirl then an explosion, both can hit the target. if you aim for the target to be halfway from the center to the outside it almost always double hits.

Tested this a bit more today it seems like things moving during the startup of pillar of fire get multiple instances of damage beyond 2. Was able to get one of the Brightwood shovel enemies to take 5 instances of 568 damage from pillar of fire if done when he is spinning.

Edit: It works in both duel and world pvp. Tested on great axe dash and rapier dash.
