- My default ping is 160 but at 3 december my ping got up to 450 and since then, no changes. The problem only occurs in the new world on Australian servers. Ping remained unchanged on all other servers. The problem with Australia is only in the new world, in all other projects there are no problems with connecting to Australian servers. The developer has already sent me instructions on how to fix the problem, but it did not help. The instructions from the new world support site also did not help. I would think that the problem is related to my internet provider, but people with another provider in my city have the same problem. The most interesting thing is that in the main menu my ping is 150, but when connected to the server it is 450. Also, when using the ZenMate5 vpn with a connection to Australia, my ping drops to 240. When using Exitlag and when connecting to Singapore, the ping drops to 210 (when conducting ports to Australia, the ping remains unchanged 450). I tried to find the IP through the command line and found only two Australian IP belonging to Amazon (3.24.227.251:443 / 3.105.203.17:443) and did the tracing. The ping value above 149 did not show.

My default ping is 174 but at 3 december my ping got up to 450+. In general, I got the same problem. Please help us deal with this problem.

Thank you for letting us know about any possible latency issues.
Currently, players can join any server, though you may experience latency issues if connecting to a distant server.

When reviewing your comments all of you are connected to the Lagado server and are playing from Russia.
Please consider that distances might affect your experience and it is advisable to check if servers from other regions might have a better performance considering your location.
As well you can always check in the general discussion of the forums with other Russian players for recommendations on which server are working for them.

The problem is not with the Lagado server, but with all Australian servers. If you were a little more careful, you would see that one of us is from the Yomi server. Instead of solving the problem, you suggest that we change the region. Great offer (sarcasm).

Also the same problem for me, I used to have 140 ping connecting to EU Central from Mongolia, now I have a connection of 280, ISP and others are doing fine, its a problem with the game connecting me to us west nodes when im clearly connecting to EU

The situation is hopeless. The ping was 130-150. We made characters up to level 60. Wasted a lot of time. Now the ping is 450. It’s completely impossible to play. The transfer does not help, since any server in Australia now has a ping of 450. Maybe it is possible to arrange for us to transfer characters to Europe, in an exceptional manner?
