Pirate set housing items keep getting removed from house

Every morning since I got a house for my character, when I log in, all the items from the cash shop “pirate set” have been removed from my house and put back in my inventory.

How do I stop this from happening?

  • (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: Frustrating to have to keep decorating

  • (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: I have to put the items back out daily.

This essentially is what I find on my initial login each day. In the screenshot I am halfway through placing items back out again…

I am having the same issue. Right after the pirate sword skin drop on 10/12 this issue with my pirate set furniture disappearing started happening.

Exact same issue started happening today. Also started happening after i claimed the new Prime Loot (Sword skin).

Not sure if they are related but this is super annoying as all my efforts to get the highest score rank for my house are being reset back.

Also having this issue, everything goes back into my decorating inventory and I have to replace it.

Also happens with the pet you get from buying the Deluxe Edition

Exact same issue. Seems to happen more frequently if I’m actually “sleeping” in the bed I have in the house. If I log out when I’m at the Inn, or in the world the furnishings vanish less.

On average though, they’re disappearing about once every 2 days. It’s both the dog from the pre-order and the pirate furnishings. Everything either crafted, bought from the trade store or found within the game remains.

It is extremely frustrating having to re-decorate every other day. It also impacts house scoring.
