[PL] Problem with connecting to server using polish ISP 'INEA'

Hi,

I have problem with connecting to New World’s Server.
My internet provider is INEA, the biggest internet provider in region ‘Wielkopolska’ in Poland.

When I become first on queue after few minutes i got message that “You can not connect to the server”.

Firstly, I thought that was problem with servers/queue. I switched for a moment to mobile internet and its works fine. Same with using VPN connection ( tried some “free” vpn providers and own build using OpenVPN and Amazon AWS, but in result playing on 250+ ping ).

I have already tried disabled all of Windows Internet Defender option but still not working. There are still rules that allows NewWorld to connect to the Internet if enabled. Also I tried the solution with port forwarding and even try to disable some levels of NAT.

It looks like there is problem with my Internet Provider not beeing able to connect, which is weird. I tried conntact them but I dont have much information about servers IPs etc.

I also tried to contact NewWorld support chat but I cant connect my steam account ( I see a lot of discussion about that in this forum so I assume that its a known bug).

Does anybody have similar issue using INEA network provider ?

There is any chance that I can get some information to contact INEA ?

Im sorry for the issue you are currently having. Please check: For most connection related (Lag, Latency) issues, begin with the following basic troubleshooting steps:

  1. Restart your PC and disconnect the power to your Modem and/or Router for 60 seconds.
  2. Reconnect the power and wait for the internet connection to be restored before powering your PC back on and attempting to access the game.
  3. Try switching from a Wireless connection to a Wired one (if possible).

If that doesn’t help, we’ll need to completely reset and refresh the connection your computer has to the internet:

  1. From the Start menu, begin typing ‘cmd’.
  2. In the results that populate, right-click the Command Prompt result and select Run as administrator.
  3. Type ipconfig /flushdns and press Enter. Wait a few seconds and when the command prompt appears, proceed to the next step.
  4. Type ipconfig /registerdns and press Enter.
  5. Type ipconfig /release and press Enter.
  6. Type ipconfig /renew and press Enter.
  7. Type netsh winsock reset and press Enter.
  8. Restart your computer.

Connection Failed: Unable to establish connection with the server
Resolving this issue will require allowing or adding ‘newworld.exe’ to your Firewall.
If you do not have 3rd party Firewall software installed, this can be added via Windows Defender using the following steps:

  1. Select the Start/Windows button > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Security and then Firewall & network protection.
  2. Select Allow an app through firewall.
  3. Look for and select ‘newworld.exe’ in the list of installed apps.
  4. Select OK.

Once added, try relaunching the Game again and confirm you are able to play without error.

Hello, i literally facing same issue with Inea operator. I have done all listed by you things, also i allowed ports TCP and UTD. Started to join Nowhere serwer, where my character is.

after 42 min of waiting in a queuei received connection error

Only what is working for me is using VPN by Norton, but it cause mass of lags, or disconnection from server. According to this long queues this is not playable at all

This is only game i have problems to join. Do you have any more sollutions or advices how to fix this ?

I have the same. Before writing the post i already have tried all the things you listed.

I have contacted INEA and NewWorld support. List of ports that game used :
TCP: 80, 443, 27015-27030, 27036-27037
UDP: 4380, 33435, 27000-27031, 27036,33435

INEA technical said to me that they do not block any of above ports. The only thing that they can do is provide me public IP ( which cause disable all NAT ). I will try it tomorrow ( waiting for activation).

Could you specify how to repair Report Error: Reason: 43 BannedUntilEpochMS: 0d is

Getting public IP from INEA and forwarding ports worked for me, because I had that issue from closed beta. They activated public IP for me in like 3 hours.

Getting public IP should not be mandatory to play. Do you guys even working on this ??

So I found a solution, better than VPN (norton nordvpn).
I ve installed cloudflare warp. its not affecting my ping, all runs smoothly now

@larmoire I have the same problem with INEA ISP. Did public IP resove the problem? For now I can play only through VPN.
