I went to sell around 700 aged tannin and lost about 43k on the TP. I’ve noticed 2 or 3k gone here or there but couldn’t figure out what happened, but this time I lost all my gold. I have 2k left. How do I get help with this?

Is your sell order still on the TP ? and Did you lose money due to tax on the sell order?
Please check your trade post and see if there are any buy orders.
Please check the storage and bag and let me know If you still have 700 aged tanin.
Mean while please try these steps to resolve any intermittent issues:
Verify integrity of game files

Restart PC
Once done with abive steps restart your PC and check for any pending windows upadates.

Update Steam client
Steam client should automatically update when you close the application and open the app.
Make sure you close steam from the background and open the app.
Once this is done relaunch the game.

Yes, the sell order for 685 aged tannin is still on the TP listed for sale. I am assuming I did. I clicked confirm before I saw the numbers and am assuming they were much higher than they should have been. I’ve noticed much smaller amounts in the past but this one really stung.

Sorry to say but this could easily have been avoided. Take it as a really expensive lesson in taking it chill when posting TP listings.
Was it in one the 3 non capturable territories?. The rates at their Tp’s are insane. I went to buy a weapon their for around 9k the taxes were $2300. Ported to mourningdale which is held by my faction and the fee was like $400
It cost me 42k to post 500g worth of Aged Tannin… I think that is a bug. That should never happen.
No, it was at Ebonscale Reach. Even if it were an outpost the amount of gold is outrageous. It took me weeks to grind for it.
Sounds like you set the individual price per product way to high by accident, making you pay insane trading fees.
That’s on you and let it be a lesson to double check before you buy or sell. Not only ingame.
I didn’t set anything the game auto selects the current price. You can’t adjust the amount of taxes you pay only the price you sell it for and I sold it for about 0.70g a pop.
