We see posts like… Life Staff is OP… It makes me feel the Attribute system is what’s wrong.
Example.
Lifestaff with 0 Points in Focus - Heals for 100
Lifestaff with 50 points in Focus - Heals for 500
Lifestaff with 100 points in Focus - heals for 750
Lifestaff with 200 points in Focus - Heals for 1250
Those are not exact numbers of anything… just an example
In short… more Healing… Damage… and Survival needs tied to Attributes harder than it is now. I know there is some bonuses built in… but it really doesn’t feel like its enough…
Don’t let players go Full Con and still do great damage / healing.
AOE Heals - These put a buff on player while they are getting healed… Put a Cap to how many a player can be effected by at a time… in a War… people are taking 20-30 healers… take that many infinite stacking heals…
Great Axe - The Great Gravity Well… This is another one of those skills that once in mass just causes issues… Don’t nerf the ability itself… Put a 3-4 second debuff on a player that they cannot be effected by Gravity well for X Seconds after being hit by Gravity Well.
The above could be done for the same with Warhammer. Don’t let a group of 10 people with Warhammers set there and Chain the AOE stun with no short delay immunity between stuns from the same ability.
I’m Talking about a short immunity to things like Gravity well - Aoe Stuns 3-5 seconds is all
There is just so many ways to adjust what we have… without Nerfing Weapons / Healing / Abilities into the ground on the small scale. The Healing changes… and AOE CC changes wont really hurt small scale PVP, this will mostly hit 10v10 or more.
Again… this is just a thought… i’m not a game dev, just a player throwing Feedback at the wall to see if it sticks… I could be waay off on this.
