ya what he was using is called ““New World Speeder”” I have seen this a few times and reddit leads me to New World Speeder from speedersoftware @Kay

Please make sure that you investigate this thoroughly, I’m sure you are aware that there is currently a bug in Outpost Rush which makes your character have higher speed than intended. It only deactivates when you get out of OR and go to the road.

There is literally a bug where you cannot gain health until you restart your PC… Hard to believe it’s server side xD.
