Players are still getting wrongfully banned. I was banned on Nov 3 - which was my birthday - for “cheating”. I’ve only been playing the game as intended to the best I could (it’s buggy as hell). Fortunately, my ban was overturned, but your support is acting like nothing is wrong and it’s our fault for being banned.
Where’s the apology? Where’s the compensation? Perhaps the worst thing was that my ban was originally a permanent ban until I appealed it. That’s downright scary to think players can have all their time in game flushed down the toilet. I really hope this is on AGS’s radar and they have something planned to make it right.
