As a non-Strength user, I would like an alternative to Smooth Bone Ring. It is not fair that Strength users get access to a free dungeon ring, meanwhile anyone not using STR would have to pay 500k+ to a crafter. Ridiculous.

INT and DEX need urgently at least 2 sets of jewelry.
Ring of Seadog’s Watch has Carnelian sloted in it that cannot be swaped, so it wouldn’t really be as good as Smooth Bone Ring.

Featherlight for Dex
Ring of oceans oath is pretty good for ice gauntlet users. You can swap the gem in it…
Also for void gauntlet users, medium with surgeons ring is great too. Keen and void dmg on the same piece? Whew. You lose hearty, but basically just stay in your oblivion. It’s a pretty specific playstyle though.
Surgeons ring is also great for muskets. Probably could be BiS. Slap an amethyst in the musket and profit.
Ring Dmg is empower, which makes it way less attractive to Void Gauntlet Blade users. Also not having leeching and hearty makes this a subpar ring for void blade builds. Pretty much like the new isabella cache Thrust dmg ring is for musketeers.
Muskets wants Burning. 30% burning duration for the Powder Burn is almos a free auto attack. Also if you’re not an Opr Alpinist you might as well need hearty.
This is actually useable for Muskets and Blunderbuseers. But for any mage using IG this is crap if you’re not running ice spike. Guess why? The only skills that crits for IG is ice spike (also auto attacks) same reason why the named IGs from dynasty and genesis with keen/vicious are terrible.
GIVE US MAGES BIS GEAR FOR ONCE. WE ALMOST HAD IT IN ISABELLA DUNGEON, BUT WHILE DEX AND STR GOT RESILIENT + 2 GOOD PERKS (REFRESHING/RE AND FREEDOM/VIGOR OR WHATEVER) WE GOT THIS CRITICAL RETRIBUTION GARBAGE ON WIZENED HAT

its good when you use oblivion, orb, and scream.
most of them are though haha.
you can definitely craft something better
its more for the int/refreshing/hearty but its still ok if you use pylon or something. which a looooot of people are in the ptr arena.
Im convinced this ring does not exist. Ive been trying to get this ring for like 3 months. Maybe 4 now. Never seen it drop. 3 people in my company got it this week. None of them play dex. Meanwhile I have gotten enough smooth bone rings that I could have probably geared the entire server with them.

Pretty sure the game doesn’t drop named DEX items if you run a DEX build.
When I ran Lazarous as a healer, I would get Omen, Fury, Smooth Bone, Laz Bow and Featherweight. Will of The Ancients would not drop unless it was Mut 10.
Run Lazarous with a STR build or INT build and you will probably see it drop.
I have never seen it drop in any mutation though. You would have to run regular Lazarous. Chardis (the final boss) is the only mob who drops it.
I would not doubt it. I have also run str hammer in there plenty though.

Not that big of a deal really. I make jokes about it at this point. 
Thinking about it, I’ve only ever dropped it once lol.
