Please address the issue for arcana and thus staff/gauntlet users

There are two problems here.

1: It is impossible to craft above 585 gear with arcana due to an ingredient not counting as +15.
2: Even the legendary recipes that should allow us to make 600gs items are bugged due to the fact it requires items that cannot be dropped.

What this means is that it’s impossible to craft anything ‘endgame’ for the staff/gauntlet users, while every other class has multiple options.

I am not even going to ask you to fix the problem. I really would like that you are aware of these issues. Also, that you are aware of the correlation here that BOTH bugs impact arcana and thus any staff/gauntlet users. Which makes this actually a lot more annoying for everyone.

Please address this issue in the way that it gets confirmation and that it’s placed on the known bug list. I’m not going to have a discussion on the details. For this, I would like to point out a selection of other topics about it which contains the actual details, explanation, and facts that it is broken.

You know its honestly kind of a joke that a community lead responded to this issue before and said they will add it to their list of known issues. Then the person just straight does nothing(doesn’t even add it to the list of issues lol). I believed the person forgot to add it but after weeks of constant post talking about this bug it seems like they don’t give a shit. All in all, the response from the community lead for this issue and many more in this game has been one giant fuck you so far to the players.

At this point, they will release new weapons without even knowing that this bug exist due to the incompetent support team. It’s not even added in the know issues list. So frustating.
