Please change the new taunts

The new taunts like windchill and scream are not providing enough taunt time. Each tick of windchill is only taunting for 1 second making the feature useless. This is extremely invalidating to the taunt being on there.

Please swap these taunts to 6 second durations. Make windchill just refresh the duration if it hits a second + time.
