The Reaper is Nolonger a pvp Weapon for most the Players.
People are only using it these day for an easy escape

That’s not true. They are using it more and more for damage. Just yesterday I got blown: musket normal shot from close, riposte, heavy attack, evade finish. 10k health in 5s.
