Please fix my character, again

for almost 7 months my character would not get gear score (expertise) increases from gear dropped in the world. it would always be exactly the same level as what i currently have.
I got so frustrated with this, doing hundreds of runs/expds etc. eventually someone from AG reached out and said “it should be fixed” well. yea finally i can get gear score. almost 1200 hours in returning to grind i have 600 gear score on everything but maybe 580 on jewelry.
but guess what. great sword still 500. just opened a OPR chest, got a 500 great sword. which said “gear score increase” but didnt actually give me any. so its still 500. anyway thats not the main issue. the main issue is literally like my character is permanently gimped i hear my character hitting players, but never see numbers or if i do their health bar does not move.
other players have no trouble killing me in 2 hits, regardless if i have 0 con or 200 con.
im seriously over this. the pvp is a joke. my character is broken and stalled for months because of this nonsense.

yeah, i wish i could find out who it was, because at the time i was participating in someone elses thread about it and they had a similar issue. but i think it was via a ticket, ill have to find it,
not sure but Kagami was the CS agent, not sure if they are the one who fixed got it fixed or just relayed the message.

Gearscore,character status,failed progression

nope stil borked. this is messed up. i thought it was normal. i just grinded the same 2 named mobs in spilaio cavern for 3 hours, and again a few times hours here and there. nothing. but just got a 540 named LS. but did my gs go up? no still 512 on LS lol also after my friend was skeptical of my claims on the gypsum. he just had it happen to him. gave same gear score as he already have. except most their gear score is 580ish now. mines like 527

i dont know if Kagami is the one who fixed it or just relayed the message.

Please make sure to add the DxDiag and Gamelogs through a sharing link from a Cloud Storage like Google Drive to the support report, you can pull it following this steps:

DxDiag report:

• Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.
• Click on dxdiag.exe.
• When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.

GameLogs:

• Game logs can be found on: \Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\AGS\New World\CrashDB\reports\
