Cant play with less than 180ms ‘‘input lag’’ since december. Can’t play pvp, nor expeditions, and i really want to play the game because it was one of the best experiences that i had in gaming.
I’m ultra sure that i’m not the only one that can’t play the game because of the same thing. in the discord of my first company of new world there is still people that left the game after the release of lost ark due to the extreme lag in the new world servers.
I have algo contacted support and sent multiple emails with my logs so they could find out what is wrong with the game from my end, but i think it can be fixed pretty easily… It’s just they don’t want to.

First, please double check there’s not a VPN or Proxy enabled, as this may impact the connectivity, please disable them while you play if this is the case.
You can make use of this tool https://portforward.com/ in order to learn how to open ports. In case you already know, this are the ones you need to open:
TCP: 80, 443
UDP: 20000-59999, 27000-27050
If the problem persists, contact us via support ticket, so your case can be further escalated and include this information as well:
DxDiag report:
Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.
Click on dxdiag.exe.
When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.
