my advice is to message them directly on the amazon website in a livechat i had the same problem and after talking to them for an hour it got solved

i m talking last 1 week about it with amazon website in livechat but they got my game files i have same problem…

for me a clean install of the game fixed it, but im not sure if the reinstall did it or if amazon did something on the background while i was reinstalling that fixed it

now talking amazon livechat again but he is not understand me ^^
