Please look into this and fix it right away. A lot of people are unable to do the quest because of this issue.

Describe the issue you are experiencing: Unable to complete with the quest/item because you fall through the platform where the quest item is located. Even the mobs/boss on it fall through the platform. (see link video below)

- What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: just simply going to the quest location.
PS: pls add an option to attached video in the forums. I think only images are allowed to be attached on post. it will be better if the video can be seen as an attachment.
