You are literally supporting my point. You created characters on a server and are now whining about being scammed and how unfair things are that you cannot transfer out now that RTA has ended when it was clearly posted by devs that there were no fresh start transfers and no date given for when this would happen.

i’ve explained myself pretty well in this topic if u read the comments and people cant even make a counter arguement about my concerns if they allow transfers,so its not about me being enjoying something,its about what would happen if they allow transfers.
Here is your counter argument:
Its LITERALLY no different from a merge happening to your server from a low pop one.
Happens all the time, for the same reasons something should be happening here.
Its a shame you dont seem to have an ounce of understanding for those of us in this situation.

I appreciate you helping promote this post. At the end of the day I just want everyone to enjoy New World.
If the RTA servers ended up being just as healthy as the other FSS servers at this current state, I don’t think there would be any issues regarding this situation.
But things change, and AGS are the only ones who can help us right now.
Fingers crossed that we can come to a solution soon.

Actually, I do. 
And ignorance or a misunderstanding is not a valid excuse to legally get out of something. Or are you suggesting there was fraudulent misrepresentation that resulted in you making a character on an RTA server and you have suffered some type of loss? If so, might be a bit difficult to argue since Devs clearly posted that there would be no fresh start server transfers and gave no date for when this would happen.
It was common sense for most of us seeing the Dev posts about no server transfers that we didn’t want to be stuck on a streamer server that would likely see a huge drop in the player base once the RTA was over and the streamers moved on to other games.
I suggest all the RTA people just play the game like everyone else and once those transfers become available for ALL of us, transfer to wherever you little hearts desire. Just stop playing the victim card.
This idea that its the “players own fault for choosing a bad server” is insane.
Is this the point we are at? White Knighting so hard that now the responsibility of providing players a healthy server is no longer AGS’ to hold?
no its not the same thing,what u are asking is getting a fss to fss transfer even tho they stated they are not allowing it,if they break the rules then others will want that and i’ve seen what happend once they allowed it.
Dude its a rule they made. They have the power to bend it when situations arise. Its not a rule put down by god.
Rules, Laws, Plans w/e you want to frame it as are spoken and set in stone all the time. Once people prove or ask for a any of the above to be reconsidered an appeal is made. Everyone here is making an appeal. You guys are calling us victims but not only are you the most angry in the room you’re all expressing how little you actually care about not only this topic you can’t lay off of but how much you don’t care to understand how this whole thread is asking for community.

I do know that but if they break this rules as i said,the hardcore companies which is playing on fresh will have a chance to swap servers and i know what happend on legacy servers,they killed the servers they’ve been transfering untill there was no comptetion left.
There is going to be no players left in this game but those hardcore companies when you keep fighting against players that just want to play the damn game, my friend.
as i thought u cant make a proper arguement to this,what do you think it will happen once they will allow fresh to fresh server transfer? A company strong enough keeps transfering so they can enjoy comptetion till the comptetion dies,this is exactly what happend on legacy most servers keeps dying → top company transfering to server → people cant fight against them → transfer away from them → some people quits in that cycle → it repeats.
Is your frame of reference for this the gold duping companies that have done this on legacy?
You can cope as much asu want about dupe,the hardcore companies playing on fresh actually and war’s are like 5 min,people already giving up on them did u know that? no. dont talk bullshit when you doesnt know anything.

What dupe on fresh are u high?
Did i miss the fresh NW server that this 100% certain process happened on? or is your only frame of reference the result of many bugs and cheating?
