A member of my clan that has almost 800hrs in-game has been banned ( SweetAngelGirl )for no apparent reason, she is trying to reach amazon game studios support and no one helps her, it’s outraging how fragile are the accounts on the game…
she didn’t do anything wrong or insult anyone, I know her and in the company, there is a rule of 0 toxicity and drama…
Please GM´s or Amazon support, if you really care about your game and your most passionate players, and don’t want them to give up, please fix this… because I’ve been searching for similar reports like this and there is a TON!..

If you still get no reply she can try requesting all her personal data from AGS.
There should be a record included indicating she has been banned and hopefully some information. Although some people have found that there is a record of the ban but no information at all.
Why would Amazon do this? She is a hard working, supportive member of our company! Our company is held to high standards of 0 toxicity with no tolerance for abuse or cheating. We police ourselves, and have some the best and most helpful players on the server. Her being part of the company, and being as well liked as she is should be evidence enough of her innocence. There is no evidence of cheating, or being abusive being presented in anyway, but she gets banned? This is outrageous, and uncalled for. Amazon fix this!
i think it’s kind of unsettling that she doesn’t even know why she was banned. usually companies would send out the reason as to why the ban was put into place, the fact that they didn’t is kind of worrying. especially considering the game isn’t inexpensive!
Hey folks, closing this thread as the forums are not a place where you can appeal bans. I will escalate your concerns to the moderation team but we will not be disclosing publicly here what actions resulted in the account being moderation.
But again, I will ping our mod team to review the appeal request.
For the record, I read this users chat logs. They were temp banned and that ban has now expired and it was 100% justified. In most of these cases where people post about how innocent someone is when I get the facts from the moderation team they always have done or said something awful. This case is the same.
