I agree that the healing needs to be nerfed way more in pvp. The heals should not be outpacing multiple damage sources at once.

heavy healer ‘paladins’ already have 30% reduced healing. how are bruisers or skitzos “exploiting the game systems in unintended ways”?
you’re actively harming the community by wasting peoples time on the forums and detracting from serious threads that devs or community managers could be looking at

Good for you? I don’t give a shit.
1 ) Actual Paladins were forced out and became Light Healers when the May Update killed build diversity. Healers are the only class to suffer a 30% < 0% > -30% metric, have a line of sight restriction, have 0 utility, and still be the target of backward spoiled Dps that do not carry any kind of risk while still demanding more.
ii) Fakeadins, or rather the glorified DPS that run around in 5 con are not actual paladins, or healers, or tanks. Just Dps. Mixing the two happens because amazon lets fakeadins roam rampant.
2 ) Most bruisers run around in medium. Those that run in heavy tend to get sucker punched in instances of decent dps players. Bruisers in general are probably the one of the few roles that is not the greatest and not the worst. It used to be oppressive back in the original era before merge.
3 ) Pseudo assassin builds have always been blockable, kiteable, baitable, and those same builds often run low con making them twigs.
If people spent as much time practicing and adapting as they do complaining, a lot of these builds would have been ancient history. People have gotten too complacent on the idea that crying nerf is the one and only way to go. You will literally destroy what little “Classless” concept this game has left. Then what? How many players does NW have to lose before it sinks in that posts like this are harming NW not improving it.

Look, Hippos are great and all, but I want Kookaburras.
I keep hearing them but have never seen one.
Its breaking my immersion.
Interestingly enough, per Steam Charts, in the last 30 days New World is up 2000+ players.
80% of those are bots. On my server.

There is a Hippo-like Beast Boss in the upcoming Brimstone Sands dungeon as a nod to the stalwart support of Hippos by the community.
That’s something a lot of the devs are really looking forward to sharing and I kinda spoiled it. Sorry.
