Yes. I concentrated totally on gathering/crafting with the hope to finally be able to craft high level gear and weapons. This would invalidate my painful past time in this game and I don’t like being told I’m useless.

I couldn’t log in because I worked and it relased at 1 am lol, but I already know about Day 1 queues. I’m expecting a hr or so wait if I’m lucky. Crazy how I’d rather wait in a queue for that than play NW atm. Just sad, want the game to be better.

if this goes through, my 570-590 something gs is goingt o drop to 450 something. i get that i “get the thrill of grinding that expertise up to the gs” but i will not be doing that. i have seen the numebrs, and my solo self is not going to make this game a job

I’m fairly certain myself and all my friends will finally reach a breaking point if the new changes roll out. AGS kept making the game worse, and it looks like they finally are going to reach the point where even the most masochistic of us can’t take anymore.
This is true.
IF you’re the portion of the player base and execute the play-style that this is designed for. IF you’ve had the time, patience, and group to grind your desired WM levels to 600. OR, if you haven’t taken that path, and you’re ok with changing your play-style to that, and don’t worry about your current crafting grind, or gold grind priority. And IF you don’t mind feeling like the hundreds of hours you’ve managed to squeeze into your days as a bit of gaming enjoyment is now effectively moot because you chose to play apparently “the wrong way” by not focusing on the HWM grind that you didn’t find fun (shame on me for trying to enjoy a game the way it works for me).
Then this is true.
Also, if you’re in that base, it’s going to get rid of filthy, casual gamer, “plays for enjoyment” lifers like me.

Es kann nicht sein wenn man über 650 Spielstunden hat und auf einmal merkt das Entwickler Team OHH da ist was Falsch mit dem GS dort was nicht in Ordnung ach komm setzten wir den GS einfach mal zurück ist Gerade für die spieler wie mich nicht einfach ärgerlich nein da kommt blanke WUT hoch da kann man sich einfach den ganzen Scheiß dummm und dämlich gefarmt haben fürn ARSCH. 3 Monate sind seit Release vergangen viele Spieler sind aufgrund Entwickler Fehler weg das mit dem nächsten Patch wird New Worlds Schicksal Besiegeln.
I grinded for 600 gear score too man just by crafting and getting to 200 furnishing and making money so I can buy my armour by this logic you should only be able to make your own trophies own chest own weapons and own armour please understand the people complaining are really those who liked different aspects of the game than the lame ass story mode

The change will barely effect casuals, though. They won’t grinding to max their gear and professions. They will, actually, you know, be playing the game and enjoying themselves. Not stressing about some guy they have never met having an easier path to max level than they did.

Das Spiel ist zum Scheitern Verurteilt nach dem nächsten patch.
Same goes for people who made some money selling potions, resources & so on to purchase what they wanted from the AH. I mean crafting is a thing, but if you played it the merchant way, it’s still part of the game too.

wrong, the gathering gear i bought at 5% luck now becomes 4% luck till i “grow into” what i already grinded to purchase. this is literally either way too soon, or 2 months too late to try and implement, queue exodus if it goes live

Fun part, the Faction stuff you can purchase with tokens is 535, so that mean, you will manage to get tokens & currency to purchase that stuff, then you’ll need to raise your Expertise enough to be sure to use it … Why bother with the faction stuff then?

No, I don’t really mind grinding, I haven’t bought anything great I think my best gear currently is 540 gs. My watermark is like 505-510 lols. I fully expect to be uneffected by this change and it might actually speed up my gearscore progression. My main goal at the moment is territory standing and helping my low pop server with crafting stations.
