Was super hyped to get back in to new world, started playing alot before brimstone and then got 4 of my friend hyped to join me. All was looking good.
About 3 days into brimstone I encountered a bug where The auction house price didnt change and so the deposit for my 500 or so greenwood was I think around 40 -50 gold per piece. 20k out of change ( i know this aint alot for most, besides the point).
Anyway it was a mistake/bug so i raised this to CS. After 3 days of debilitating on their part, the got back and essentialy said, tough luck. I protested and they havent replied.
So yeh I left, and my friends went too.
The thing is its so so stupid imo. It wasnt a hack or an exploit. It was a bug on their part. The gold was earned fair so they could have just been like “here you go, maybe be more careful”
Instead that 20k gold cost them at least one player , though more like 5. all because of a poor cs decision.
Not a good move a month before Dragonflight.
Probs gonna get some pretty rubbish comments folk here but i really dont care. Its more for the mods to pass on cos although im gone, I would like the game to be decent, and a few 100 of those interactions over a few months could cause quite a bit of bad faith.
Plus kinda annoying they didnt reply to my follow up
