So i just got the game and im running
3070 RTX Laptop GPU
i7 11800H CPU
I’m having difficulty staying above 60 fps on ANY setting, I’m not very computer savvy but it using like as little as 8% of my CPU is that normal?
anyone else have this problem and able to sort it?

Whenever I move, or even rotate the camera, all the in-game images (character, terrain, buildings, etc.) become blurry. As you can imagine, this makes it really difficult to play without eye strain, headaches, etc. I’ve researched but can’t find any fixes for it that have helped me, so I turn to the ever-wise forum dwellers for help!
So for a while now I have had 100% cpu usage in game, stuttering and rubberbanding issues. No setting in game made any difference, even capping the frames made no difference. After trying about every thing I could think of to try, I found a Solution that has worked for me and Im curious if it will work for everyone else experiencing these Issues.
My system specs:
I7-9700k@5 Ghz
32GB of 3200mhz ram
RTX 3070
