Position in queue: 1 for...a LONG time? Multiple restarts?

I have restarted my PC 3x. I have restarted my modem/router. I have verified the integrity of game files. I have made sure my game was accepted by all Firewalls (I’ve been playing for days…so shouldn’t be a problem anyway).

Even if I do all that, I immediately go to 1 in the queue.

Any ideas? Anything I can do?
