Describe the issue you are experiencing: Position in Queue is wrong goes down and then up multiple times. It actually gives everyone holding the same number simultaneous after confirming this with other company memebers.

Pretty sure this is how they fixed the long queue time. Having 1, 3, 5, 7, and 9 jumping up and down. It eliminated the complaints of 100+ in queue. I just went from 1 to 3, 9, 1, 7, 1, 3, 9, 1… and still in queue.
how can we as paying players to a game have any confidence in the queuing system when (for me) it jumps from 6, 4, 3, 2, 1, 4, 6, 5, 4, etc etc etc - this is no better than than the BS we faced during initial launch. when there were 1000’s in the queue - come on guys - we are your customers. we deserve better than this.
I’ve been experiencing something similar. It’ll start at 32, go down in increments until it gets to 1, then back up to 30 something. This was on the character Feavere on Orofena at 7:45 Central Time. Relaunching the game, retrying the queue, and refreshing doesn’t help at all.
Oh also, I know we are not able to get free server transfer tokens by default, but would people be able to get them for free if they are on servers that are experiencing long wait times from queues? I just don’t want to have to pay for a server transfer after I never have changed servers of my own free will before and the queues are just from more people playing. (In the one I have now because of merges. Trying to gather on a server that’s almost always full is also getting annoying lol but that’s a minor item)
love the lie of being #1 in queue forever. good work devs. let me guess you are going to over correct the too little servers tomorrow and end up having to do server mergers right before the next update. you are the best!

I do not understand how on earth its so difficult to accurately report back position in queue.
How have they not replied on this either ?
I was going to recommend this game to friends but random queue simulator is awful.

I have no reference if the queue is even going down lol, maybe they are just trolling us.
