Any chances or even an update for us SEA players. A lot of us SEA players are spread out across a vast amount of different regions. Here’s my opinion, as someone from the SEA community I have really enjoyed the game, I love the PVP, PVE, and crafting aspects of the game, my only problem is the fact that my ping is way too high to fight some mobs and even players as a lot of the hits don’t even register. Sometimes it is bearable, but there are days that I will literally quit because it just demotivates me to play when it looks like I’m hitting everything but no damage icon comes up. Please make a SEA server soon, it is really hard to fully enjoy everything about New World when the ping sucks.

They announced a new datacenter planned for Jakarta a couple of months ago during a New World-specific interview. While they never explicitly said they would add New World servers in Jakarta, it’s not unreasonable to assume they will since that is what the entire interview was about.

Would love one, I can’t play anything but heavy armour because trying to time blocks and dodges is impossible with my ping and lag spikes
