Just to add more were going for 0.09 gold. I thought someone put them up by accident so I bought them up. Then i realised they are selling for cheap everywhere.
This is no bug or exploit. They are just way easier to get then the others. I can farm 100 of these in 30 min.
These are going for so cheap most likely because these drop from the “tree wolfs” in different zone which alot of people farm for 100-200 logging. Aint no exploit.
That has to be a bug then or not intended. Its cheaper than normal life motes. The other essence prices seem to still be fine.
Not an exploit just an easy farmable object for late game. Not every late game item has to be expensive or hard to get.
Well it is broken then. I don’t think any epic materials should be easier and cheaper to farm than common materials.
The problem is no late game items are expensive to get. Tier 1 resources are far more valuable.
So epic gear in late game areas should drop less than green gear in early areas? With that logic it should be that way.
Of course it should, hence the titles Common, uncommon, rare, Epic, Legendary.
Character level should only allow you access to the better stuff.
There are 3 of the T5 essences that can be farmed in the world making them way cheaper than upgrading motes. This makes Arcana less useful overall. Also not helping is most of the top craftable weapons are pretty much trash compared to drops.
Also oddly unbalanced is that T5 infused health potions are extremely easy to make vs some of the lower tier ones. I had an entire storage full of them and had to give away 1.5k of them to make room for other mats.
Arcana is not the only skill impacted by late game mats being easier to obtain than lower tier ones. All 60+ need to farm elite areas to get watermark up and these areas also have tons of chests giving T5 refining mats. I easily have a couple thousand weight of these despite huge amount of crafting and selling lots of them. This has made getting most 200 skills super fast and easy relative to earlier versions that were player tested.

In glimmerfen you can follow around the Deer and they will have a poo, you have a few seconds to pick this poo up for soul quintessence. (No I am not joking)
