Possible to get a refund?

Any idea if its possible to get a refund? Steam are refusing to refund me as ive played over 2 hours game play… the fact is this game is broken! full of bugs and server downtimes all the time. the game shouldnt have been released as retail as it was nowhere near ready. Amazon are an absolute joke and jeff bezos is just rubbing his hands together and laughing because we all got conned into buying a game that is so bad

Just give a good reason to Steam Support and they will refund you. I did and I already had 300 hours in this game.

right as i thought, ill be making sure i get my refund via my credit card then for a faulty product. also ill be making sure i leave my honest reviews everywhere possible because this game is a total rip off. im sick of down times, bugs, crashes and other issues with a retail game.

nope they refused. i guess ill just learn from it and avoud amazons games. i think ill avoid everything amazon from now on. i dont like being ripped off.

You guys have no shame , do you? Do you even see the unplayable state of game?
Can you show me where it is written in NW website that the game will be available 4/7 days / week ??

If you have any piece of empathy and dignity you atleast give refunds to the people that want to leave
