Possible to report cheats in opr?

Open social menu where you see friends online. Type in their name like searching to add a new friend but report them instead.

Once you have established which way you suspect the other player is cheating, then you can submit an in-game Report, using @Fragg 's method above. Alternatively, if you are unable to report during the OPR, you can also submit a web ticket. Please see the below link as well for further details.
