AGS please post the formula for how score is determined for wars/opr/invasions, damage is way overbuffed for score when in actuality kills and assists should matter more. There was literally no reason to nerf the score for kills, especially since you are all going to be finally making takedowns = kills anyways.
There should also be a cc score, post more metrics in your end game scores. Deaths should take away from your score.
bump to this thread. Revert the score back for kills, it should have never been nerfed. Damage should also not be so buffed. People doing 1million damage w hardly any kills or assists literally are just stat padding lol, kills and assists should be what gives the most score not damage. What kind of creatures decided to buff damage’s score?
I disagree with that! Damage should be the most important thing for the score, and the only change I’d like to see is for the person who downs the player to get the kill
lmao, damage that gets healed back is basically useless stat padding, but yes i am also lookin fwd to the change where the player who downs the person gets the kill. That should have been like that from the start. You do realize that they also severely nerfed the points that kills give which is ridiculous.
I really don’t think that matters… if you do the majority of damage you should get points. Also, do you know how annoying it is to play a bow and be doing a ton of dps but if you cant get the kill shot because it gets stolen from you then you barely have any points. But yeah they should increase points from a kill for sure, but first change it to the majority of points comes form downing them, then points for damage and assists, and then for executing them.
This is why I want to see what the actual formula is for every stat that is calculated into the score, its like some person thats never played a competitive game in their life came up with the dumb idea to buff to damage scores and nerf kill and heal scores. There are so many other stats they should be listing that should count towards your score, like cc, damage taken, and deaths should take away from your score.
Yeah, healing and capturing bases need to give a lot of points as well. Idk if you need a subtracting thing for deaths thiugh because if you die you can’t get as many points anyways

how does having efficient damage and having 10ish kills and almost 100 assists more mean little to nothing compared to 60k meaningless damage? Why do you seek to reward random braindead damage in such a heavy manner instead of actual meaningful kills and assists? Have the dev’s never played a competitive game in their lives? The scoring metric system is complete troll. Kills and Assist scores have been nerfed for no reason whatsoever and should have their score nerf reverted. If anything damage points should get nerfed lol.
There needs to be a major boost points to kill and assists for sure, but first change it to the majority of points comes from downing them, and then prob no score for executing i guess… until u guys can prob make wars an instanced event or figure out a way to make downs = kills in wars. Then damage should get a nerf in score.

also please some love for tanks that are constantly in the last 10 positions, staying on the point should count, number of CCs applied should count.
Ya for opr i think the score should ticking increase as you cap it not a flat 100 which is nothing.
Yeah, I definitely see your point. I also think the person who actually downs the player should get the credit for the kill not the one who executed them when they’re downed

ya hopefully they look into it soon. Its almost as if they think running in and dying but getting off damage that gets healed up immediately is worth more than dealing out selective damage that actually leads to kills and assists. Aka not braindead damage, that most idiotic companies seem to not understand the difference between efficient damage and braindead worthless damage.
