[Post Transfer Bug] Items sold - Gold not registering

I just wanted to drop it over here. Topic.

  • What is your character name in New World: Ichigo
  • What server/world did you experience your issue on: El Dorado
  • Describe the issue you are experiencing:
    I posted bags for sale today and I noticed that I’m not receiving any of the money I put it in for. I’m only seeing notifications on top right of my screen but there’s no money coming in sound or what’s so ever. It just says Completed Order/sold Satchel etc. I also checked my “Completed Order” section at trading post just to confirm it’s sold. 100% sold but the money didn’t register.

This happened after the “Character persist error” is fixed, there’s no rollback but the trading
outpost seemed to be bugged out.

I had this happened to me for the first time yesterday. Wouldn’t have noticed it except that it was a large sale. Have they said anything we can do to retrieve the lost gold?
