Hello,
So I have a problem atm about a Prime Gaming loot, the “Holy Vanguard III” pack which I claimed the 9th of september and used for awhile but now that I want to use it again, it is nowhere to be found.
Does anybody have had the same issue or something ?
(It is the only Prime loot that have disappeared for me, at least to my knowledge)

I am sorry to hear about the missing Twitch drop, just to double check is your twitch account and Steam account set up trough this page?

Well I don’t think it is the answer honestly, I have the newest twitch drops “Fallen Spirit” and got them without any issue what so ever, just like all the rest. I still did the whole linking part again just to make sure and nothing’s changed. So atm I just have a “Prime Gaming” loot that is suddenly missing for no apparent reason…

Well I think I found the reason and the solution. The picture of the items from the “Fanatic Saint Mask” set are wrong and from completely other sets as shown here:
Same picture for both of those items but the two are actually different and it is the same for the other pieces of the set.
