None of the additional in-game items have been delivered to my account from either my purchase of the deluxe edition OR prime loot claim… I’m assuming it’s because I’m using Geforce NOW to stream… My PC wont run the game… Is there any way to get in-game items?? How about a refund?

I understand you haven’t been able to receive prime loot while playing the game on Geforce Now. I’m sorry to hear about this, I understand how this can be confusing!
