I claimed the prime loot yesterday, nothing in game. nothing in item claim and nothing in inventory(where prime gaming says it would be).
edit: site says “pending”?

Look in the shop, bottom left(?) Corner.
“Item claim” button.

Could you try going here and reactivating the drop? I know it says Twitch Drops, but I’m fairly sure it has fixed issues in the past.

did that then verified game files, still nothing. so the question is, is it a known new world or lost ark issue? cause nothing on these new world forums about it
